Here at BEC, we offer English and Western riding lessons. We have three full-time trainers and a student trainer with a combined 40 years of riding experience!
Before ever getting on a horse at BEC, you'll have full control of the horse. You'll learn to groom, tack, and handle a horse. Students who have riding experience will have an evaluation lesson for their first lesson.
Chandler has been riding English her entire life and has competed all over the United States. She has been a member of the USEA and USPC. She rode for The University of Memphis, before reopening BEC.
Any of our trainers can get your started riding Western. When you're ready for the big stuff our trainers Autumn and Bella will take over! They both have state/national titles in ranch riding, barrel racing, and others!
All students are required to do Tack/Grooming lessons until they're comfortable around a horse, can tack and untack, and can handle a horse in a halter.
After completing your grooming and tack lessons it's time for the real deal! Our lessons are 1 hour long and one on one with you and the trainer. We do also offer group lessons, contact us for more information about those. If you've ridden before, your first lesson will be an evaluation lesson. If you're at a level we're comfortable with you'll start riding your next lesson!
